7:00 am - Union Valley Road Closed to Through Traffic
7:00 am - 9:00 am - Vendor and Civics Checkin and Setup
9:00 am - All cars off event route

10:00 am - 16th Annual Autumn Lights Festival Begins
4:00 pm - Festival Closes
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Vendor and Civics Break down
6:00 pm - All Vendors and Participants off road for cleaning
7:00 pm - Union Valley Road Open to Traffic

Heavy Rain Date. In the event that the festival is canceled because of inclement weather on Saturday, the same schedule will be followed on Sunday, October 10, 2010. In the event of cancelation of this website, www.autumnlightsfestival.com will be updated with information.
